  • Am I provided with marketing materials?

    All loan officers are provided with basic marketing materials. With an adequate amount of closings, Utah Mortgage will provide premium marketing materials upon approval.

  • Is my compensation W2 or 1099 based?

    All loan officers, lending managers and support staff are W2 based.

  • How often am I paid?

    All loan officers and lending managers will be paid the soonest Friday from after Utah Mortgage recieves a check from title after closings.

    All hourly and salary staff are paid on a bi-weekly basis.

  • Will I be provided with office space?

    Utah Mortgage provides office space to loan officers with an acceptable amount of closings. However, we do provide temporary work spaces and meeting rooms for anyone.
